I'm with you on that one.

Can we have him back on loan?

Highly doubtful and I think we're quite happy with the strike force we have now.

Must be difficult for Stephenson unfortunate that he has moved to an in form team where opportunities to get playing time are few and far between.
Does anyone know what has happened to Josh Hine? Apparently he is injured but does not seem to have played for a long time.

Josh had a ligament injury, which Salford announced would keep him out for remainder of last season.

He appeared in one of their PSF's but hasn't featured in the league this season ... Presumably a
re-occurrence of that injury.

Andy Woodward had a very brief spell with us under Mark Patterson's ill-fated stewardship in 2003/04. He has recently spoken out about the abuse he suffered when in youth football. Not for the faint hearted:

A year ago today Josh Hine signed for Salford. The question is, have we ever replaced him? Discuss...

Our system has changed. We now have wing backs to provide crosses. My concern (and the management team too Ice no doubt) is that since the beginning of Oct less than half of our 29 goals have come from the forward line. 12 to be precise

The short answer is no we have not replaced him. I miss the days of skilful players like hine, Jarvis, almond getting the ball and trying to beat people. Not to mention scoring goals. I know we are playing at a higher level but we just don't have those type of players

It would've been big news a couple of years ago, but Blackpool are just a mediocre League 2 club with paltry attendances nowadays :)

It's not good that we decided to give him about 5 mins game time last season. Then with nothing to play for bring in Micah Evans on loan instead of giving him a chance. Lessons learnt hopefully
