Pledges can now be paid via the Supporters Trust Local Giving page. Pledges made in this way can also be boosted by Gift Aid if you are a UK Tax payer. Additionally from Tuesday 13th October at 10am every £10 will be match funded through the Grow your Tenner Campaign (see post elsewhere on the forum for details).
Please let Julian know on this thread or in person if you have paid your pledge via this method so he can keep abreast of the administration.

Updated totals and updated yours Ian.

Like Ryan said, can you please confirm on here that you have paid your pledge in via the LocalGiving method so I can adjust the totals accordingly.

I know at least one Barrow fan reads this forum so this may get commented on. I've had a look on their forum this morning and there pledges don't seem to be attracting the money anywhere near our totals so that's a fantastic well done to those who have pledged.

If you are paying pledges via www.localgiving.com/CFCST there is the option to leave a message. You can use this facility to let us know that your donation is towards Magpie Pledges.

As my pledges won't be match funded because I'm already signed up to a Direct Debit my good lady has paid £50 of my £57 pledges. With match funding and gift aid this £50 has become £108.35.
I will wait until my pledges are over £10 again before paying so I can get it match funded.
FREE MONEY!!!!

In all my time watching Chorley I have seen the ball volleyed back, punched and caught by a spectator. Very rarely did it get headed. For some bizarre reason recently every ball seems to be getting headed.

After having a meeting with my financial adviser (The other half), I have taken the decision to lower my £10 pledge for a header to £5 otherwise the luxury of watching Chorley FC away will slowly disappear. So those in the Duke Street End that are plotting against me, you'll have to try harder to bankrupt me!

Maybe anyone who heads the ball back should match Jue's £5 donation and make up the difference?

Haha! We'd certainly see a decrease in headers then!

Jue, I paid my £5 outstanding by a good old fashioned invention called cash, £53 paid so far. :)

Pledges are updated to the end of December (the Harrogate match). If possible, please could you pay at tomorrow's meeting?

Just a suggestion, I was reading the programme from my trip to Lancaster City on Saturday. They have 2 pages devoted to their pledges, which fans have pledged what, how much has been raised so far. Can we have a bit of recognition for what we have raised so far.

Well said, might even encourage those not on the forum but buy a programme to join up.

You could write the article for the programme at the same time as you're doing the match previews for the website???

Not the correct thread to 'argue' about this guys. However, Ian, click here. Granted it should perhaps be credited, but those words seem very similar to yours.

The pledges are up to date. I think if we can collect the outstanding cash we will be over £1000 for the season, which would be an amazing effort.

The pledges are now up to date for the whole season. If you're coming to the AGM tonight and you owe some pledge money, please could you bring it along?

I have updated the pledges to reflect this. Sorry for the confusion - it is tricky when people's usernames on here make it hard to work out who they are in real life!
