Very unfortunate to fail to win after being much the better side after the first ten or so minutes. Great determination and effort from all of the players but MOM for me: Jack Sampson -hard working, "battling" but also mighty skillful especially with head-ons and back to goal. Superb signing and especially given the rubbishing he had by Macc fans, a testimony to him and our squad and management, that he has been so good for us.
Great turnout for CFC and outsinging the home crowd -need to do it at home now.
Keep playing like that lads and we will end what's already been a great season on a high. COYM!!

Played well last night, enjoyed the game, shame about the last gasp equaliser, all credit to all the players for a very good performance. Hope Scott Leather is fit again for Saturday, though Kieran Charnock once again came off the bench and slotted in perfectly. Well done to Jack Sampson on his seventh strike in 9 games, wonder where we would be in the table had he been with us from August? On to Saturday and what will be a tough game against Curzon, they are always difficult to beat, but play like last night and we should be fine, COYM.

Great performance last night and should have run out comfortable winners. One area of concern is Jarvis - he can't defend, positioning is terrible and contrary to some comments is slow. We have options with Beesley and Charnock or even Blakes with Roscoe coming into midfield. All our problems come down our left - it must drive Jordan crackers.
