Do red cards during friendlies lead to suspensions? If yes, are players suspended from further friendlies? Or does a suspension run over into league games?

As in most friendlies players are subbed rather than sent off, can we assume there is no further penalty against Teague?
And certainly not after season starts.

Teaguey served his suspension against Clitheroe and is now eligible to be selected going forwards.

Thanks, Metz. Didn't want us to be deducted the 9 points we gain v Kidderminster, Salford and Curzon. :D
