In all fairness Soapbox, the "remoaners" as you choose to call them, do not complain about new players, it's the fact they inevitably "remain" on the bench for 80 minutes and are brought on with little or no time to make any impact, which does seem like a waste of time. Perhaps our new striker will be given a start tonight let's wait and see!

You’ve been waiting to post that for days soapy! Let’s see if he’s any good first then shall we. Stockport and Southport obviously didn’t think so but he wouldn’t be the first to not fit in there. Hopefully he will do well here.

I thought it was going to be Jordan Hulme. I'll keep taking the tablets.

Haha me too! I was hoping for any of the clitheroe forwards, hulme will probably think he’s better off where he is given they’ll be in our league next year.

If you look on the Stockport Forum they speak very highly of him.

Interesting that Southport are "splashing the cash" having signed two players from Fleetwood for "undisclosed fees" That's on top of Priestley and Gilchrist.

It's relevant to us as posters on Facebook are asking about the allocation of our FA Cup money -some want a fully proven striker signed
