Chester V Northwich Falling Out

If you're after a laugh you could do worse than going over to DevaChat and having a look at the ongoing reaction to ticket allocation etc for the Northwich match.

Self righteous or what? They really ARE the big club you know (sarcasm) and certainly feel the need to ram it down everyone elses throats at each and every opportunity! Ha ha!

Can't wait for the reaction when they get offered far fewer tickets this year with an early kick off following the trouble, grass banking scenario etc.

My vote would be to focus on our own problems then it won't make us look like the arrogant ones!

Totally agree with Igrapop here. This post has been picked up on DevaChat and there is now discussion about Chorley in general, including mention of our troubles and one poster suggesting about boycotting the game in February.

Remembering how last years debacle could have been influenced in part by keyboard warriors from both clubs in the run up to the the match, my suggestion is that people keep a lid on anything which could give supporters from other clubs food for thought, even though this thread was posted in jest.

Good call. Chester are always going to have these problems until they progress up the leagues to a level where their travelling support can be accommodated without special arrangements, and it's naturally going to cause dissent among their fans.

Let's be honest, none of us have ever experienced difficulty in getting tickets for a Chorley match, we just don't know what it's like. It would be a nice problem to have I suppose.
