Chorley Women's Football Club

Just read this on another forum I frequent.

"PMC: Must be FA Cup frenzy in Chorley. Your women's team are through to the third qualifying round of the FA Women's Cup and play Tynedale (who are they?) at Charnock Richard on Sunday."

Didn't even know we had a ladies team and if we do shouldn't we be giving them our support?

They're not affiliated with Chorley Football Club, however would be nice to get a link somehow.

Haven't seen them for several seasons. However, one Sunday I was having a walk and went down Charter Lane. Chorley women were playing Blackpool women on the pitch near to the clubhouse. During the twenty or so minutes I was there, they scored six goals and (if my memory serves me correctly) won the match 12 -1.

If I remember, or am reminded closer to the time then I would go down.
