Wayfarer ticket £10.50, any bus or train between Chorley and Buxton :D

Off Peak Return is £20 for just an Adult train ticket!

Family ticket £21 for two adults and two kids.

Chorley 9:56, 10:56, 11:56 Buxton 11:53, 12:53, 13:53

17:27,18:27, 19:27 coming back.

Out lot will be on the 10:38 from Chorley and then the 11:52 from Manc pic. Picking up on the way... About 10+ of us.

Anyone fancy joining us wear a red carnation or black & white. :lol: Don't forget your supplies...

I will be coming from stoke so will be jumping on at Stockport all being well will meet up on the train going or if not in a pub between the station and the ground.

Out lot will be on the 10:38 from Chorley and then the 11:52 from Manc pic. Picking up on the way...

yep will see u on the train. could do with finding a pub for the norwich v chelsea game if poss !

Okay, after tonight, decided to go on the 0958 train as wouldn't have long to wait in ManPic. With the wayfarer ticket too, can catch the bus up the steep hill to the ground.

There's 63 pubs to choose from so I think you'll find one :)

asked on facebook and the reply was that the nearest one is the King but there is a whole host of pubs on the route from the station to the ground

I put that on for those that didn't fancy the walk. Yes, it is steep, but fancy the challenge again :)

Have it on good authority Wayfarer tickets are still £10 for Adult and £20 for family ticket making it even better value after the recent price hikes, (£8.10 return Manchester from £7.60)
So just think, thats 50p off yer first pint :D
And the Old Clubhouse pub not far from the ground does 4 pints for £8. fish,chips, mushy peas, tartare sauce for £3.49, so with your 50p discount :wink: you are getting a pint and chippy dinner for under a £5, see you all in there, big screen tvs as well Paul :)
