Thanks for your kind words. Wouldn't be able to do it without the help of the Supporters Trust so many thanks to them.

Re: Hospital, I think they used to have updates in the olden days, but something is in the pipeline for Chorley FM in the coming weeks. Watch this space!

Can now have 48 listeners on board. Should be enough room for all of you on Saturday..... if we can find a plug socket ;)

First time ive bothered with 'magpiewatch' for a couple of months and * hard hat on * ...

Needs Change ! Maybe the club make it official and fund to offer some level of reliability ?

The Supporters club fund the "dongle" which is really letting me down, and now my laptop is on it's last legs too. I can't do a format of it because I don't have a disk to install the back up, so it's looking like purchasing a new laptop and changing providers with the dongle.

Sorry for anyone who listened and was ultimately disappointed. I'll try again for Sat.

now then - what happens in the com box should stay in the com box

I suggest you play with your 'dongle' in your own time !!

Next week I'm somewhere sunny (wouldn't have made Blyth anyway). Will Magpie Watch be back? Earlier in season Nigel of Bolton and some other holidaymakers were listening in from thousands of miles away (can't remember where). What's they best way to keep updated next 2 Saturdays?

This Saturday I doubt there'll be MagpieWatch as the dongle is in hospital, but coverage will be available on Radio Northumberland

Their link is.. http://www.radionorthumberland.com/index.php/live-feed

Of course, it won't be as good as mine, but it's there ;)

As for next Saturday against Stamford, well, we'll have to wait and see ;)

Another BIG match  ... Seems my comments following Tamworth (Replay) still
valid ? ( Just replace 60 mins commentary with 7 minutes to Kick-Off    )

Well I don't know what to say about it anymore. I'm looking about getting a new laptop after Christmas.

How can it work at Solihull and then doesn't at the famous Chorley FC I don't know. Might be something to do with the Vodafone signal in the area.

The club already do fund for the dongle, for that I'm truly grateful

I'll try and get MW working then you have an option. There's Wifi at Halifax so shouldn't be a problem as MW works fine in my home

I'll try, but the chances of finding a strong enough Vodafone signal at our ground are as slim as finding some decent bargains on Black Friday.

I should be back for next away game

The Wifi doesn't work in the press box when the computer downstairs is switched on.

If you live in Chorley area, then you can now listen to MagpieWatch Saturday coverages via the wireless. 102.8 Chorley FM will be syndicating our broadcasts and it will be also available via TuneIn app on your smartphone, the ChorleyFM app and via the website!
