Well it must have been unsuccessful as he's on the suspension list for Saturday's game (and next two games)

In view of the Manager's policy of not playing them even from the bench we may just as well scrap the idea rather than fund other clubs development.

Rather than start a new thread, just commenting that many Supporter's Group Facebook posters are worried that Darr has scored three times for Skem in three games -and that he could be lost to us if nothing is done about giving him a chance at CFC.
The irony is he was brought on in the "biggest game of recent times" v Fleetwood (when we obviously needed another defender on the pitch) and hasn't been seen since.

All very 'same old, same old' argument but nevertheless equally frustrating and concerning IMO.

Maybe time for a recall now that Carver will be missing for several games. Surely football at Skem is "man enough" to prove he can hack it at senior level?

Surely if he is on dual registration it is entirely up to him, we can't recall him if he chooses to stay at Skem, might prefer to stay there and play each week instead of getting splinters in his arse! We should offer him a contract pronto, and sort out the Development squad properly.

Indeed! And if we don't another club will.

Will Carver not just miss one game (two yellows) ? On other points, where was Dan Mooney yesterday? If fit, is he being given a fair chance to show what he can do for us? He has looked sharp enough on previous (brief) appearances. Also, picking up on Tempie's recent advice, Alex Newby score two more for Clitheroe yesterday and should be tracked in my view. Maybe he already is. How fit is Dale Whitham? Despite one recent totally unfair, snide posting about Dale, I believe he remains a major asset.
